1. Cooling-off right
EU consumers may cancel distance contracts within fourteen days after receiving goods unless an exception applies (for example sealed goods that cannot be resold for health protection once opened, if you gave consent).
2. How to notify us
Send a clear statement through the site contact form or any footer identifier before the period expires. Include your name, address, order reference, and whether you want a refund or replacement.
3. Returning goods
Unless defective, you bear direct return costs when cooling-off rules apply. Use tracked shipping and retain proof until we confirm receipt.
4. Refund schedule

Returns processed here relate to sealed food supplement goods sold in the ordinary retail channel described on pack. Listing and campaign text must not be read as a medicinal offer; cooling-off and defective-goods rules still apply as per applicable consumer law.
